According to the cartel, ETM stands for the almost innocuous-sounding, "Emerging Tobacco Markets"; Grim. being not quite so 'snake-in-the-grassish', prefers to call it, "Exploiting Third [World] Markets."

For 3 full days, Nov 14 - 16, Merchants of Death from all over the world will gather in Kuala Lumpur -- a beautiful city full of very nice, humble, gracious and peaceful people -- and try to figure out how best they can exploit Third World countries...like those countries don't have enough problems already.
